คุณกันตพร หาญพาณิชย์ กรรมการบริหาร ประธานบริหารฝ่ายการตลาด และกรรมการกว่า 15 โรงพยาบาลในเครือบริษัทบางกอก เชน ฮอสปิทอล จำกัด (มหาชน) คุณกันตพรเริ่มการทำงานด้านการตลาดของโรงพยาบาลเมื่ออายุ 28 ปี ผลงานสร้างชื่อในระดับบชาติและนานาชาติ คือ การริเริ่มโครงการ The Best Job in Thailand เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2560 เพื่อสร้าง Brand Awareness ให้กับโรงพยาบาลเปิดใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่ข้ามข้อจำกัดในการทำโฆษณาสถานพยาบาลแบบเดิม ๆ โครงการนี้มีผู้สนใจเข้าทำงานตำแหน่งนี้มากกว่า 10,000 คน โดยโครงการกำหนดให้ผู้สมัครงานส่งคลิปความยาวไม่เกิน 1 นาที เพื่ออธิบายความเหมาะสมในการรับตำแหน่งผู้สำรวจความสุขของคนไข้ ซึ่งผู้ได้รับคัดเลือกจะได้รับเงินเดือน 1 ล้านบาทต่อเดือนเป็นเวลา 6 เดือน
นอกจากนนี้คุณกันตพร ได้รับเชิญให้เป็นผู้บรรยายในการการประชุมสำคัญ ๆ เช่น เมื่ออายุ 30 ปีได้รับเชิญให้บรรยายในการประชุม Hospital Management Asia (การสัมมนาด้านระบบสาธารณสุขและการดูแลสุขภาพระดับภูมิภาค) และการประชุมการประชุมวิชาการ 60 ปี คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ “HEALTH EXPO” ในหัวข้อ Value Creation in Healthcare และ Patient Care Experience and Engagement เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2562 เป็นต้น
รางวัลที่คุณกันตพรได้รับ มีดังนี้ พ.ศ. 2565 ได้รับ Influential People Awards จาก HOWE Magazine, พ.ศ. 2563 รับรางวัลนักบริหารดีเด่น และบุคคลตัวอย่างแห่งปี สาขาการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข จากมูลนิธิเพื่อสังคมไทย, พ.ศ. 2562 ได้รับรางวัลบุคคลคุณภาพแห่งปี ภาคธุรกิจการแพทย์ จากมูลนิธิสภาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย
