The leader in value-added functional foods
  • Serve as a leader in the development of functional foods and beverages and applying neuroscience knowledge in the development of functional food and beverage targeting at enhancing brain performance.
  • Increase reputation for Thailand as the leader for developing food and beverage innovation by obtaining the gold medal (functional food cashew), and silver medal (functional food from abalone, and functional congee from the combined extract of Polydonum odorontum, and Morus alba) from the international innovation competition in 2021, and 2019, respectively.
  • Serve as an advisor to the sub-committee and a working group to drive the industry in the middle of the northeastern region.
  • Serve as the main responsible person for RAINS project for E-san Food Valley, and a key person for adding value to important agricultural products in the area especially mulberry and local vegetables in terms of functional food and beverage, and thus increasing the average incomes of farmers, and the food and beverage companies, to 8-10 times.#MahidolUniversityNotableAlumni
