Dr. Kusumarn is the president of the JRC Gymnastics Club, the vice president of the Gymnastics Association of Thailand, and the rhythmic gymnastics technical committee member of the Asian Gymnastics Union. She utilizes scientific knowledge in various disciplines of sports science from the College of Sports Science and Technology, Mahidol University to create the curriculum development that involves applying these insights towards early childhood exercise programs, fundamental physical movement activities, and rhythmic gymnastics for young children. Her initiative also includes training coaches and judges at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of rhythmic gymnastics accredited by the Gymnastics Association of Thailand. Her work has been instrumental in producing rhythmic gymnasts, nurturing talents from foundational to national representation levels since the year 2532 BE (1989 AD) up to the present. This has been accomplished under the auspices of the JRC Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, involving 80 gymnasts over 35 years.
