K. Supaluck graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Mahidol University. She has more than 40 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry as chairwoman of The Mall Group to operates malls and department stores in Thailand with a net worth of around 2 billion dollars. She administrates this family retail business with wisdom from her father (Supachai Umpujh) “If you want to be a leader, you have to be pioneering, you can’t follow” So she had to master all angles of the retail industry by using her experience in pharmaceutical industry because she had to know every little detail of that industry. Highly regarded for her work in the Thailand retail industry, she won the Outstanding Alumni Awards 2005 (Mahidolthayakorn Prize) from Mahidol University Alumni Association under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, and other awards such as Excellence Management Awards from the Thai Retailers Association, the Outstanding Business & Professional Women Leaders and Outstanding ASEAN Women Entrepreneur Award from BPW Thailand, etc. In 2024, she was recognized by the World Retail Congress as the outstanding chairwoman who has founded and led modern retailing’s greatest companies and brands in the Asia Pacific region and was honored to be in the World Retail Hall of Fame.
