K. Areepan won the Outstanding Alumni Award 2019 from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University. She leads by example with integrity and determination and becomes a change agent for a better life by focusing on the development of the public sector entails enhancing services to address the populace’s requirements. As a driving change with passion and purpose leader, she emphasizes the cultivation of collaboration involves enhancing the efficiency of public administration, fostering collaboration with both government and private sectors, and promoting government efficiency to streamline business operations and deliver citizen services and regulations. Efforts are directed towards developing digital services to address process design issues, including legal barriers to electronic service provision, such as those addressed in the Licensing Facilitation Act B.E. 2558. Furthermore, her commitment to excellence has the effort to align with global standards, as demonstrated by Thailand’s 21st ranking out of 190 countries in the 2020 Ease of Doing Business report by the World Bank.
