Inspiring Engineer and Journalist

Mr. Kitiphan graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Mahidol University. As an engineer, he used knowledge from the field of civil and environmental engineering to design and produce key devices to accommodate stability, axial loads, structural displacement, and rotation of buildings, bridges, and elevated viaducts for automobile and train operations. These devices include structural bearings, structural expansion joints, lock-up devices, and anti-vibration materials for domestic and international projects. Then expand to structure monitoring systems and such safety devices as crash cushions and sound barriers. As a journalist, he works as a news anchor and producer of TV programs on Thailand television channel 3, channel 5, etc for entertainment news, traffic and transport news, local and international news, etc. From both experience in mass communication and engineering, he has been recognized as the first traffic and transport news anchor on Thai television, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) integrated with AI is his latest product for Thai highway and expressway authorities. He also works for the advancement of the engineering profession through serving on public relations committees of the Engineering Institute of Thailand.
