Professor Dr. Janwantanakul graduated a Bachelor Degree from Mahidol University. He received a scholarship from Thai government to pursue Master and Ph.D. degrees in Physical Therapy at University of South Australia, Adelaide, Australia. After graduation, he returned to Thailand to work at Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University. His main research interest is to find preventive measures for work-related musculoskeletal disorders, particularly among office workers, so called “Office Syndrome”. He has been appointed as a Professor in Physical Therapy since 2016. He had served as Head of Department of Physical Therapy as well as Dean of Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University. Professor Dr. Janwantanakul has also been involving in professional development in Thailand by serving as consultant, vice-president, secretary-general, and committee members of Physical Therapy Council. He has also been appointed as committee members (with an expertise in Physical Therapy) in several organizations, including Ministry of Public Health, Royal Society of Thailand, Court of Justice, Saint Louise College Council.
