Associate Professor Dr. Thunnalin Winuprasith has invested significantly in educating and mentoring students. She integrates theoretical knowledge with real-world work experience to exchange insights with students. Additionally, Dr. Thunnalin actively engages in profound research in the fields of science and technology. She applies her knowledge through collaborative research, addressing challenges for the food industry both in Thailand and internationally. Her scholarly contributions are acknowledged at the international level, and she shares her expertise by transferring technology to various private sectors, including startups, SMEs, and corporate companies. Her achievements extend to leadership roles in research and innovation for both Institute of Nutrition and Institute for Technology and Innovation Management, Mahidol University with the vision to transform Mahidol University into an Entrepreneurial University, aspiring to become a central hub for innovation management at both national and international levels in the future.
