Dr. Narongsak has applied his expertise in information technology to generate societal benefits across three key dimensions: Technology and Innovation: As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of KB J Capital, he has played a pivotal role in developing financial fraud prevention technologies. He has designed an integrated IT architecture to enhance organizational efficiency and mitigate fraud risks by facilitating data exchange between public and private sector entities. Furthermore, during his tenure as Assistant Secretary-General at the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC), he spearheaded several groundbreaking initiatives to promote technological innovation in the insurance sector. These include the CIO Roundtable Project, which fosters knowledge exchange within the insurance industry; the OIC InsurTech Award, which encourages the development of novel insurance technologies; and the Thailand InsurTech Fair, which serves as an international platform for networking and knowledge-sharing. Human Capital Development: he has contributed to cybersecurity workforce development by playing a significant role in training and raising awareness about cybersecurity threats. His initiatives include the Financial Sector Cybersecurity New Gen program, which enhances cybersecurity competencies among university students, as well as serving as a keynote speaker at national cybersecurity conferences, where he advocates for best practices and emerging trends in the field.
