K.Siras able to apply knowledge gained from the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, and work experience to jointly design and manage training programs within the Thai-German Institute to increase the productivity of target industries by upgrading innovation, technology, and people, especially in the production process in the robotics, machinery, and mold industries. Also, he helps develop the competencies and skills of personnel in the industrial sector through various training programs to push, help develop, and help increase the competitiveness of entrepreneurs in the industrial sector in the country to be able to compete in the Industrial 4.0, including promoting the development of innovative technology entrepreneurs in target industries (Change Agent).
