Agriculture and Biotech Researcher for Societyๅ:
Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattapon is a researcher affiliated with the Pilot Plant Development and Training Institute (PDTI), King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). He creates works from his agricultural science knowledge gained from Mahidol University for both teaching and research, which is published nationally and internationally. Additionally, he has provided academic services that solve industrial sector problems using processing to convert agricultural products or agricultural waste into functional ingredients. His contributions have received awards for research presentations and innovation. Moreover, he has played an important role in transferring research in the laboratory to the community, generating income for farmers and entrepreneurs.
