Kiattipong is an expert in engineering and supply chain -transportation management, focusing on developing warehouse and distribution systems in an Omnichannel model—covering both offline and online channels—for maximum efficiency under the CMG brand within the Central Group, which encompasses more than 70 brands and over 3,000 stores nationwide. His approach emphasizes rapid, accurate, and resource-efficient responses to customer needs. Performance compared to major third-party logistics providers (3PL) shows: 1) Reduced per-unit management cost by 44%, resulting in annual cost savings of approximately 20 million THB. 2) Reduced online order management cost per order by more than 50%. 3) Customer order cancellation rate decreased by 98% (currently below 0.35%). 4) Achieved Same-day SLA for up to 25,000 orders per day (7 times higher than previous 3PL), the highest within the Central Group. 5) Increased inventory storage capacity from 3.2 million units to over 5.1 million units. These achievements demonstrate professional expertise, systemic analytical capability, and data-driven management.
