Elevator of Thai Coffee Quality :
K.Khemarat holds the position of Product Development Officer at Café Amazon's coffee roasting facility. With a strong commitment to improving the quality of Thai coffee and enhancing the quality of life for farmers, he utilizes the knowledge and experience gained from his Bachelor of Science (Food Technology) from Mahidol University Kanchanaburi Campus. He works on developing products and increasing the value of Thai coffee beyond just beans, including the development of home-use coffee products such as drip coffee and coffee capsules. His dedication to further studies in coffee has led him to become a certified Arabica Grader by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), a certification held by only around 300 people in Thailand. K.Khemarat has applied his accumulated knowledge and experience as an Arabica Grader in the ICP-Thailand Green Coffee Evaluation 2023, assessing the quality of Thai coffee and providing recommendations for its enhancement to meet international standards.
