Innovator in healthy food and nutrition education :
Asst. Prof. Dr. Chatrapa has achieved national and international recognition by creatively applying her knowledge of nutrition. She has developed health products from natural ingredients that support well-being across all age groups and created educational materials on food and nutrition for specific groups. For example, she has made nutritional knowledge more accessible to the elderly, improved the understanding of nutrition for cancer patients, and developed dietary plans for people with diabetes. Many of her research projects have been supported by leading organizations such as the National Science and Technology Development Agency, the National Research Council of Thailand, the National Competitiveness Enhancement Fund, and the Office of the Science, Research, and Innovation Promotion. Additionally, she has received awards from food innovation competitions, such as the Food Innopolis Innovation Contest 2020/21. These achievements reflect her dedication as a Mahidol University alumna to creating innovations for the benefit of society.
