Positive care and education in early childhood :
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuanchan is a neuroscientist who uses her knowledge of brain science in teaching and early childhood care. She leads research teams in developing assessment and enhancement manuals for Executive Function (EF) for teachers, raising standards in EF skills evaluation and development in young children. Her collaboration with public and private organizations has earned her recognition from the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) for her significant role in building drug resistance from childhood. She is also an expert in developing early childhood competence documents for UNICEF and an advisor on Brain Science and Education to the International Bureau of Education (UNESCO). Her academic publications on brain and learning in international forums have enhanced Mahidol University’s image of academic and research excellence, aligning with the university’s mission to advance society and the nation.
