Food Sci Researcher for Sustainability Well-being :
“Dream from Researcher but Do for Well-being of mankind behind from the Prior Comer” With knowledge about Food Science and Technology and Food Biotechnology from Mahidol University, Dr. Phatcharee was assigned to be Head researcher in a collaborative working group between the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) and CP All Public Company Limited through CP Food Lab Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and development of environmentally friendly plastic food packaging. She collaborated with the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, on research concerning soft rice for the elderly and individuals with chewing and swallowing difficulties. Additionally, she served as a committee member in establishing new standards for elderly food labeling, which is currently being processed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). She partnered with the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) in the research and development of extracts from discarded parts of holy basil (flowers, branches, and stems) from ready-to-eat food production facilities. The research includes studies on fat reduction, liver cell protection, and cancer cell eradication. She also works on other related research on Functional Food, such as food for diabetic patients, etc.
