Mahidol student account (@student.mahidol.ac.th) of all class of 2024 graduates will automatically change to Mahidol alumni account: @alumni.mahidol.ac.th on January 15, 2026.
To prevent data loss, please take the following actions:
1. Back up all data from your Google Workspace account (@student.mahidol.edu), because it will no longer be accessible after transfer to alumni accounts.
2. Back up data from your Microsoft OneDrive to ensure the remaining storage does not exceed 1 GB, and reduce your Microsoft Outlook mailbox size to no more than 500 MB for the @student.mahidol.ac.th account.
3. Please complete steps 1 and 2 before January 15, 2026.
MU Alumni can access Microsoft 365 at https://login.microsoftonline.com, then login with alumni account: name.sur@alumni.mahidol.ac.th.
